Pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (Russian Federation), I, the Personal Data Subject (hereinafter — the Subject), hereby grant my consent to Anvaitis Technologies LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) for the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

When consent is given through the electronic form on c-import.com, the fields above are filled in by the Subject in the website form. As evidence of consent, the Operator records the Subject's IP address and the exact timestamp of consent submission.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes the Subject's personal data for the following purposes:
  • receiving and processing the Subject's requests for services related to sourcing and supplying goods and equipment from China, as well as from other countries in Asia, Europe and North America;
  • providing consultations on supplier sourcing, factory audits, OEM/ODM production, procurement of goods and equipment, international payments;
  • preparing and sending commercial proposals and cost estimates to the Subject;
  • informing the Subject about the status of the request, supplier selection process and delivery of goods;
  • conclusion and performance of a contract between the Operator and the Subject (or the organisation represented by the Subject);
  • communication with the Subject via the website, including via the chat widget;
  • maintaining the Operator's customer database;
  • compliance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation (accounting, tax reporting, currency control, responses to inquiries from state authorities).
4. Categories of Personal Data Covered by the Consent
The Subject consents to the processing of the following categories of personal data:
  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • contact telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • name of the organisation represented by the Subject (when submitting a request on behalf of a legal entity);
  • information about the goods or equipment subject to sourcing, auditing, procurement or delivery (product name, technical specifications, required timelines, indicative budget);
  • other information voluntarily provided by the Subject in feedback forms and correspondence with the Operator;
  • technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information — collected automatically when visiting the website.
5. Persons Processing Personal Data on Behalf of the Operator
The Operator entrusts the processing of the Subject's personal data to the following service providers ensuring the operation of the website, chat communication and request handling:

6. List of Actions with Personal Data and General Description of Methods
The Subject consents to the following actions by the Operator with the personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Personal data is processed both with and without automation, in a mixed form.
The Operator ensures the recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 18, Part 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Since the Operator provides services related to sourcing, auditing and supplying goods from foreign states (including the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia and other countries in Asia, Europe and North America) and operates representative offices and personnel outside the Russian Federation, certain personal data of the Subject may be transferred outside the Russian Federation to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing set out in Section 3 of this consent.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out by the Operator in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Before commencing cross-border transfer, the Operator notifies the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) in the manner prescribed by law.

8. Term of Consent
This consent is effective from the moment it is expressed by the Subject and continues until the purposes of personal data processing set out in Section 3 are achieved, or until the Subject withdraws the consent — whichever occurs earlier.

9. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent
The Subject may at any time withdraw this consent by sending a written application to the Operator in any form, in one of the following ways:
  • by postal mail to the Operator's address: 660017, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Krasnoyarsk, Krasnaya Ploshchad st., 3B, premises 53, Russian Federation;
  • by e-mail to: info@c-import.com.
In the application for withdrawal, the Subject shall specify surname, first name, patronymic, contact details, reason for withdrawal, date and signature.
In case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease the processing of the Subject's personal data and destroy them within 30 days from the receipt of the application, except where processing may be continued on other legal grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ and other legislation of the Russian Federation (in particular, for the performance of a contract to which the Subject is a party, or for the Operator's obligations as a taxpayer and participant in foreign economic activity).

10. Form of Expressing Consent
The Subject expresses this consent by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the form on https://c-import.com when submitting a request for the Operator's services, requesting a consultation or a commercial proposal, or initiating a dialogue in the chat widget on the website.
As evidence of expression of consent, the Operator records the Subject's IP address, date and exact timestamp of the tick, as well as the Subject's device and browser parameters.

Governing Law
This consent is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the processing of the Subject's personal data shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
